Baker Hill Preserve
When you hike, you can help scientists understand how climate change impacts local plants and animals. Join us on October 18 at 9:00am at the Baker Hill Preserve parking lot to walk through the trail and how to observe, collect, and submit data.
A morning field trip to Baker Hill Preserve in Sullivan on Thursday will open up a whole new world: how you can take an short walk and collect data to help researchers understand climate change in Maine
The workshop and hike is rain or shine. You’ll learn how to be a citizen scientist with no pressure and lots of peer help. Others will be going through this for the first time too.
If you’re interested in joining us and haven’t been involved yet, please email me at email@example.com and let me know if you have a smart device you’d like to use or if you prefer paper forms. And please let me know if you’re interested in the project but are unavailable for this workshop.
