Tidal Falls Preserve
Tuesdays 5-6pm & Saturdays 9-10am
All ages and ability levels welcome. Participants will practice gentle, easy to learn mind-body exercises that simultaneously promote relaxation and energy. Movements from three Tai Chi styles will be introduced to participants in this beautiful outdoor setting. Residents and visitors are encouraged to join in for any or all of these workshops at the Tidal Falls Preserve overlooking the scenic reversing falls! Free with donation suggested.
