Trail Explorer Passport

The Summer 2020 Trail Explorer Passport has begun!

This year’s passport has been generously sponsored to support our local businesses, and has been adapted for social distancing!

Beginning June 19, hike four featured FBC Trails (Jordan Homestead Preserve in Ellsworth, Frances B. Wood in Gouldsboro, Taft Point in Gouldsboro, and Old Pond Railway Trail/Kilkenny Cove in Hancock) and earn your choice of a $10 gift card from Flexit Cafe and Bakery, Fogtown Brewing Company, or Mortons Moo

How to participate:
  1. Hike all four trails: Jordan Homestead (Ellsworth), FB Wood (Gouldsboro), Taft Point (Gouldsboro), and Old Pond Railway Trail/Kilkenny Cove (Hancock) between June 19, 2020 and September 28, 2020.

  2. Take a photo at each trailhead and write a sentence (or more!) telling us what your favorite part of the hike was, or something special you saw that day.

  3. Submit your passport entries by email to kelsey@frenchmanbay.org or by mail to the FBC Office and include your name, mailing address, and your prize preference: a $10 gift card to Flexit Cafe & Bakery, Fogtown Brewing Co. (age 21+), or Morton’s Moo. (Please note that this year we are offering one gift card to each participating family rather than individual prizes.)

  4. Receive your gift card in the mail, then visit your local businesses and say hello!

Frenchman Bay Conservancy continues to protect the land you love, whatever the circumstances.

Your support for this work is more important than ever.
