Please see attached bid solicitation for the Jordan River Preserve ecological restoration project. The bidding documents are available for download at the fileshare link indicated below.

The work involves removal of an earthen berm to restore approximately 9 acres of salt marsh, daylighting of 10 small cartpath stream crossings, installation of native plantings, and other site enhancements. The site is the former Bar Harbor Golf Course on Jordan River Road in Trenton, ME. Link to site location.

Important Dates:

Wednesday, June 4, 2025 10 am: mandatory on-site Pre-Bid  meeting.

Friday, June 6, 2025 5 pm: deadline for questions

Friday, June 20, 2025, 5 pm: deadline for email submission of bids.
