Gardening for Pollinators: How to Create a Pollinator-Friendly Habitat Garden

Join FBC for a Native Pollinator Gardening Workshop at Tidal Falls Preserve in Hancock!

Come sit a spell in the FBC native plant garden and learn all about pollinators and how to create your own pollinator habitat! Led by Lauren Landers, a gardening writer and active Master Gardener volunteer, this talk will teach you tips and tricks for transforming your yard into a pollinator-friendly space and introduce you to some of the most common pollinators and the native plants they love. Whether you want to help bees or simply attract beneficial insects for a healthier vegetable garden, this talk will teach you what you need to know!

The workshop will be approximately 1-hour in length, with time for Q&A afterwards, so bring your pollinator ponderings.

To keep our staff, volunteers, and other program participants safe, please stay home if you have any symptoms consistent with a cold. Thank you!

This workshop is limited to 12 registrants, so please sign up early!

If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Ellie Ezekiel, Director of Communications & Community Engagement, at ellie@frenchmanbay.org.
