FBC’s preserves are now home to a new, rare species—fairies have moved into the FB Wood & Jordan Homestead preserves!

Fairies live in special houses made from natural items found on the ground.

If you visit these preserves, you can build your own house for them to live in! Send us a photo of your fairy house by tagging FBC on Instagram or Facebook, or emailing them to Community Engagement Coordinator Kelsey Moore at kelsey@frenchmanbay.org.

Remember, approach the houses very quietly, and do not disturb them if you want to catch a glimpse of one of these creatures—fairies are shy!
