Monday Music: The Sugar Snaps

Join FBC for Monday Music on July 13th, 2026!
The Sugar Snaps will open our summer concert series with a sound rooted in rhythm, brass, and soul.
Based in midcoast Maine, this eight-piece R&B band brings together powerful vocals, a tight rhythm section, and a classic horn line, delivering a mix of deep-cut funk and soul alongside a few familiar favorites. Their set draws inspiration from artists like Maceo Parker, Sharon Jones, Stevie Wonder, Ann Peebles, Al Green, and The Meters—bringing a fresh energy to songs that span generations.
Bring your blankets and chairs, grab a bite to eat from one of the food trucks, and enjoy an evening of music with the beautiful reversing falls as a backdrop.
To make for a smooth event, please review the following:
- The concert begins at 6:00 PM. Due to volume of attendees, if you need to drop off at the lower preserve, please do so in advance of concert start time.
- Dogs are not allowed.
- Food trucks may require cash.
- Reminder that FBC membership and your support for the band is what makes this series possible! Please become a member today to support this unique celebration of nature and the arts.
Information about cancellations will be posted to our Facebook page.
